Tim has 29 years of operations management experience, with the majority of those in well-known worldwide companies including: Kohler, Newell/Rubbermaid and Fiskars as well as a lesser known successful plastics facility. He has experience in all areas of operations management such as divisional director of engineering, facilities manager, and GM. He has lead and developed successful teams in the areas of purchasing management, capital growth, property management, as well as employee enrichment activities. Tim also believes in giving back, he has always looked to the surrounding areas for ways his company could influence and assist. One such award winning accomplishment is his work co-developing the school-to-work program in the Dane County area, which provides training for technically apt less privileged students.
He received his AA degree from Lakeland College, and his BSOM (Bachelors of Science in Operations Management) from Marian College. Tim has also earned a number of plastics industry certifications, OSHA 501 training certification with Wittmann, Van Dorn, Branson, Milacron etc, and will focus on Operations and Sales serving as President of the Company.
Tim believes in focusing on the family and spending as much time with them as possible. Tim and his wife Robin enjoy 3 very active sons, after managing all their interests and hobbies, the time we have left is spent on enjoying water sports, and custom cars. Tim has assembled the ALPHA Plastics team by bringing a very successful management and support staff together that will carry this business into the future.
Tammy Risseeuw
VP-Technical Sales
Tammy brings 17 years of sales and marketing experience to the Company.
With eight years as a successful Independent Manufacturing Representative, Tammy’s strengths of developing partnerships with new people, and working with a wide variety of industries, you will find her technical plastics experience valuable in selecting materials and design suggestions to keep your costs competitive. Earlier, Tammy spent nine years in Inside Sales, specializing in project management, estimating, and as a customer service supervisor.
Tammy holds a BS (Bachelors of Science) from UW-Platteville, with a major in Industrial Technology Management and minor in Business Administration.
Outside of the business environment, Tammy’s passion for training and showing horses in western, English and jumping has led her to regional and local roles in the United States Pony Clubs Inc. She has served as Vice Regional Supervisor, District Commissioner and Treasurer. She is also involved as an equine educational leader for the Wrangler 4-H club. Her other hobbies include the study and application of corrective hoof trimming, camping, skiing, swimming, snowmobiling, biking, and traveling.

Butch has been a member of the Muskego business community for 32 years.
He currently owns and manages four businesses, employing approximately 40 people in the area.
Having lived in Muskego for the past 48 years, Butch has, and continues to be, actively involved in
community development and improvement including serving as a member of the Sand Hill Boosters
Club, the Gridiron Club, and the Potawatomi Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
